Who we are
The Reach application and website are operated by REACH TECHNOLOGIES OPERATIONS EUROPE Single Member P.C., registered in Greece (GEMI no. 187449403000, VAT no. EL803015684), at 75 Thessalonikis Street, Moschato, Attica, Greece.

Data we collect
Information you provide during onboarding, name, email address, age, gender, profile picture, Instagram handle and anything else you share, together with data collected automatically, including device information, IP address, app interactions and engagement activity.

How we use your data
To provide and improve our services, manage your account, match Members with Businesses, send communications related to your use of the platform, ensure platform safety and compliance, and fulfil our legal obligations.

Communications
Transactional emails, essential updates about your account, security notifications and important changes, are mandatory. Engagement and marketing emails are optional: unsubscribe via the link in every email, or adjust your communication preferences in your profile settings.

Third-party services
We rely on trusted processors to run the service: Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, Stripe Technology Europe Limited, Wrapp S.A., and East West International Marketing Ltd. (CreatorDB). Data shared is limited to what each processor needs.

International transfers
All personal data is stored and processed within the European Union. Our U.S. parent company, REACH TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED (the group's intellectual-property holding company), receives only strictly anonymised and aggregated statistical information that cannot identify you, and holds no GDPR controller status.

We apply rigorous processes to safeguard user data. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information at every step.

Under the GDPR you have the right to be informed, the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and rights relating to automated decision-making.

We cross-examine data with Meta to help ensure compliance with the regulations protecting minors' information.

Data retention & deletion
User data is retained for a minimum of 5 years. You can request deletion at any time, and we action it within 60 days.

When this policy changes, the updated version is published on the website and announced through app notifications.
