The terms

   Acceptance of terms

   By accessing or using the Reach application and website you accept these Terms. Continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. The platform is operated by REACH TECHNOLOGIES OPERATIONS EUROPE Single Member P.C., registered in Greece (GEMI no. 187449403000, VAT no. EL803015684), at 75 Thessalonikis Street, Moschato, Attica, Greece.

   Access levels

   The app provides registered, verified, onboarded and reviewed access tiers, each unlocking different capabilities as you progress through them.

3. 03

   Access process

   Register by email, Google or Apple, complete verification, follow the onboarding steps, and submit an application for review to gain full access.

4. 04

   Functionality

   The app is organised around a Homepage, a Profile and a Settings area, where you discover invitations, manage your presence and control your account.

   User responsibilities

   You must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws when using the platform.

   User conduct

   Interact respectfully and follow the community guidelines at all times. Offering non-existent invitations, impersonation, harassment, explicit content and illegal activity are prohibited.

   Intellectual property

   All content within the App is owned by REACH TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED and may not be used without permission.

8. 08

   Liability and disclaimers

   REACH disclaims responsibility for promotion quality, member conduct and attendance guarantees. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

9. 09

   Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify REACH from claims arising out of your use of the app.

    Booking policy

    Venues set the requirements for an invitation, but cannot mandate the use of a member's social media. Deliverables specify the content required, such as Instagram Stories, Posts or Reels and TikTok, with geo-tagging and a venue mention typically required.

    Invitations may be created up to 364 days in advance and become visible to members in the days before the event. Invitations are confirmed 24 hours before the date by the Venue; members may cancel up to 6 hours before. Cancellations for genuine, documented extenuating circumstances are accepted.

11. 11

    Attendance and disputes

    Members must behave respectfully in stores and follow store rules. Missing a confirmed invitation results in a strike; accumulated strikes lead to an account freeze or a lifetime ban. Impersonating a Member results in an immediate lifetime ban for both individuals. Prostitution on the platform is strictly prohibited.

    Non-circumvention

    Service providers may not solicit members outside the platform for one year following termination.

13. 13

    Modifications and termination

    REACH may modify these Terms at any time, and may suspend or terminate access without notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

14. 14

    Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
